The Visionary Behind Our Elegant Luxury & Artistic Refined Dining Cuisine
We are pleased to welcome Samuel as our new Head Chef, who brings with him a distinguished career at rosette and Michelin-star level, having worked in some of the country’s most respected kitchens. Samuel’s mission is to create an elegant yet relaxed fine dining experience that celebrates the character of our Georgian manor house and the rich bounty of its surrounding countryside. Passionate about supporting local producers, Samuel’s cooking is centred on seasonality and provenance, sourcing the very best ingredients from nearby farms, artisan suppliers, and local food businesses. He is also developing on-site cultivation of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, complemented by ingredients foraged from our gardens and orchards. With a focus on flavour, precision, and freshness.

Our restaurant is open Monday to Sunday, offering refined dining throughout the week. On Sundays, enjoy a beautifully prepared lunch accompanied by the gentle elegance of a live pianist the perfect way to conclude the week. On Saturday evenings, dine to the sounds of a live singer performing much loved classics from the 1960s through to the present day, creating an effortlessly elegant atmosphere.
